Scott Bergeson

Scott Bergeson graduated with his Bachelors in Science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2009 and obtained his Masters in Science from Ball State University while working with Dr. Tim Carter in 2012. His Masters thesis focused on the use of the common little brown bat (Myotis lucifugus) as a surrogate for the endangered Indiana bat’s (Myotis sodalis) conservation and management. He is currently a Doctoral Student in the O’Keefe lab and is focusing his research on a multi-scale analysis of Indiana bat roosting ecology, with an additional focus on the effects of climate change on the species.
